SHIPPING

Shipping will be charged at Australia Post standard rates; all items will be sent with tracking.

Delivery is available for local customers within a 15km radius of Lucas (Ballarat), western Victoria. Please contact Goodness Greenness for details.

If you need speedy delivery, we recommend you purchase express shipping.
Once items are posted, Australia Post is responsible for the safe delivery of your items.

Please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address we will charge a $15 re-shipment fee plus the cost of postage.


RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted on faulty items (such as faulty spray nozzles), not items damaged during transit. Goods that are faulty will be replaced or refunded.

Australia Post is responsible for any goods that arrive damaged through postage handling.

Goodness Greenness offers a 30-day plant replacement guarantee should any plants sold by GG die during the first 30 days in your care. Goodness Greenness takes no responsibility for the care of plants after this time.
